Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with 10-key touch and Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn banking software applications.
• Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking products, services, policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently per bank policies.
• Open, service, and close accounts (CDs, Money Market, Savings, Retirement).
• Handle teller tasks: cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, monetary instruments.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with branch cash handling and reports.
• Answer calls, address questions or disputes, and escalate when needed.
• Imaging of documents and quality control checks.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security and CRA guidelines.
• Support overall branch operations and participate in special projects.
