Job summary

Crisdel Group, Inc. in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability. You will coordinate with Crisdel staff and subcontractors while maintaining positive relationships with owners and agencies.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in site work or road construction, strong leadership, and fluency in English. A valid US driver’s license, background checks, and pre-employment screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site work and/or road construction.
• Must be able to read blueprints, specifications and plans and calculate job site materials and trucking to maintain budget and job efficiency.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team to efficiently complete jobs to the highest customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Effective Leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license issued within the United States clear of multiple and/or major violations.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, a motor vehicle records check and a criminal background check.
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction with project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable delivery.
• Read and apply blueprints, specs, and contracts to guide work.
• Schedule work flow with in-house crews and subcontractors.
• Communicate with owners, agencies, and inspectors to maintain good relations.
• Maintain safety and quality control on site and enforce compliance.
• Develop goals, plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
