Job summary

Crisdel Group, Inc. in Fort Myers, Florida, is seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent to assist with coordinating and constructing projects safely, efficiently, and profitably.

You will maintain continuity with Crisdel staff and subcontractors and communicate with owners and agencies. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in site work or road construction; ability to read blueprints and plans; strong communication and leadership; valid US driver’s license; English proficiency; and

Qualifications

• Must read blue prints, specifications and plans and calculate job site materials and trucking.
• Good communication skills and strong work ethic.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities to complete jobs to high customer satisfaction.
• Must speak, read and write in English.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and construction of projects in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Maintain continuity on the project with Crisdel employees and subcontractors.
• Foster positive working relationships with owners, agencies, and representatives.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all stakeholders.
• Schedule workflows, materials deliveries, and supervise field activities.
