Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in telesales, are fluent in Tamil with strong English, and can work independently in a remote setting while hitting monthly targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and enhance sales efforts.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to help shape future strategies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Lokal App.
