Qualifications

• Native-level Tamil with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Media, Broadcasting, Journalism, Content Production, Publishing, or Audiovisual Operations.
• Background in roles such as Audio/Video Production, Editing, Journalism, Content Production or Broadcast Operations.
• Strong understanding of editorial workflows, production processes, and Indian media environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Media and Information Services scenarios in Tamil or English grounded in Indian contexts (newsroom coordination, video production workflows, editorial reviews, live broadcast operations, content planning, script development, media compliance, audiovisual troubleshooting).
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for editorial decision-making, content analysis, production coordination, and communication tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, editorial quality, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism.
• Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian journalism, broadcasting, digital media, and content production environments.
