Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Workforce Manager to lead a manpower pool of 50–100 team members, ensuring current and future staffing needs are met across our construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy projects.

The role emphasizes coaching, talent development, safety, and effective communication, with collaboration across Talent, Operations, and field teams to recruit, onboard, and evaluate performance.

Qualifications

• Education and experience should meet listed minimums.
• Strong communication skills and confidentiality are essential.
• Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Selects new hires and partners with Talent to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coaches and develops field team members and keeps certifications current.
• Improves quality of field staff by training and communicating training opportunities.
• Partners with Talent & Operations to optimize recruiting, staff relations and related topics.
• Visits projects to encourage safe and productive behavior.
• Provides feedback to drive retention and performance.
• Works with Workforce Planning to meet organizational needs.
• Builds relationships to establish a pipeline of prospective team members.
• Oversees performance evaluations and ensures timely, fair appraisals.
• Performs other duties as required.
