Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related experience.
• Certification in assessment tools and facilitation methods a plus (e.g., DiSC, StrengthsFinder, DDI).
• Minimum eight years facilitation experience with leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, designs, facilitates, and evaluates leadership programming for different audiences and learning formats.
• Designs and develops L&D processes and OD tools.
• Advises leaders on development opportunities and training for teams.
• Manages multiple projects tied to leadership development initiatives.
