Job summary

Meriton is seeking a Recruiting Manager - Talent Strategy to lead one of its five recruiting PODs and act as the trusted talent advisor to assigned OPCOs. You will balance hands-on recruiting with team leadership, delivering full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and regions.

You will partner with OPCO Presidents, translate workforce plans into hiring strategies, and oversee the scorecard, sourcing plans, and compensation guidance to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience leading recruiters or teams.
• Experience advising on recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and hiring decisions.
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting data to manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the POD’s recruiters, setting priorities and workload.
• Serve as TA advisor to OPCO Presidents and leaders; align with business goals.
• Develop quarterly hiring plans and talent pipelines.
• Establish OPCO charters including compensation ranges and interview standards.
• Own full cycle recruiting for priority roles; manage intake, sourcing, and offers.
• Guide stakeholders on intake, scorecard, and timelines; set expectations.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines.
