Job summary

Hudson Gate Partners seeks a Human Capital Associate to join a newly created team supporting internal and portfolio talent initiatives. This early-career role offers exposure to private equity, executive recruitment, and organizational effectiveness, working closely with senior Human Capital leadership on high-impact projects across the firm and its portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in Talent, Executive Search, or Human Capital.
• Strong HR knowledge and executive search processes.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management cycle activities and annual reviews.
• Support employee engagement programs and surveys.
• Advise CHRO on strategic HR initiatives.
• Coordinate HR Council with portfolio HR leaders.
• Plan leadership development programs and summits.
• Map talent for executive searches and deals.
• Track executive movements and leadership pipelines.
• Maintain HC data across firm and portfolios.
