Job summary

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking a Talent Specialist for an in-office role in Marion, IN. You will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and coordinating with clients to place top talent.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus and strong MS Office skills. A team-oriented, independent work style is valued, along with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with recruiting and sourcing using all resources effectively.
  • Document in real-time client job orders and update in the system.
  • Interview applicants and handle contingent offers and required documents.
  • Source, screen, and interview a minimum of 10+ candidates weekly.
  • Manage and perform drug screen process and compliance.
  • Ensure completion and compliance of background checks for new hires.
  • Facilitate company and client orientations for qualified candidates.
  • Maintain candidiate communications and personnel files; support separations and exit surveys.

Compensation: $16-$19/hr.

Schedule: In-Office, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

How You’ll Do It
  • Engages & participates with the recruiting/sourcing using all resources effectively
  • Accurately document in real-time client job order requests and keep updated within operational software system
  • Performing applicant interviews to include contingent job offer & required document process
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing a min of 10+ candidates weekly
  • Manages & performs drug screen process and compliance
  • Ensure completion and compliance of background checks for new hires
  • Facilitates and conducts company & client orientations to qualified candidates
  • Responsible for documenting all candidate/associate communications, maintain personnel file, and facilitate employee separations along with feedback surveys/exit interviews
  • All other duties as assigned

  • At least one year of previous customer service experience or appropriate business experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experience
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish a plus

  • A cooperative, team-oriented demeanor, yet also able to work independently
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Physical Requirements

To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to communicate and visit other offices, prospects and clients. In addition, the staff associate must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand/eye coordination, arm/hand/ finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read and write the application information. The staff associate is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
