Job summary

Temple University Health System is seeking a Talent Specialist to manage the full recruitment life cycle for positions at all levels across campuses. You will independently source, screen and interview candidates, verify credentials, and partner with hiring managers to craft comprehensive strategies and action plans.

You will build pipelines to sustain a constant flow of qualified candidates and leverage the TUHS brand to market opportunities to active and passive job seekers in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Three years of talent acquisition experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; combination with experience may be considered.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, candidate assessment tools, and HRIS platforms preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.

This role independently sources, screens, and interviews candidates; verifies credentials; and partners with hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies and action plans. The Talent Specialist builds sustainable talent pipelines to maintain a continuous flow of qualified candidates and leverages the TUHS brand to effectively market opportunities to both active and passive job seekers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience

• Three years of talent acquisition experience required.

• Healthcare experience preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
