Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in San Diego, CA seeks a Talent Specialist to support the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding. The role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a positive experience across the recruitment lifecycle.

You will coordinate interviews, screen resumes, post jobs, manage candidate records in an ATS, conduct reference checks, assist with onboarding, track metrics, and support recruiting events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS platforms, job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities
