Job summary

Priority1 seeks a Business Development Sourcing Specialist to generate a steady flow of qualified prospects for the early sales pipeline. Majority duties include researching potential clients, using LinkedIn and Boolean search methods, and maintaining an organized CRM database to support the Business Development Team in Tempe, Arizona.

You will collaborate with the team to grow the pipeline and meet monthly revenue goals, while monitoring industry trends and competition to refine targeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Punctual, reliable, and strong attention to detail.
• Strong Internet research & PC skills.
• High initiative, self-motivated and results-oriented team player.
• Critical thinking related to estimating a prospect's interest level in the company's solution.

Responsibilities

• Generate new qualified leads to a team of Business Development specialists.
• Utilize resume posting boards, LinkedIn, and Google Boolean search strategies to cultivate new leads.
• Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
• Maintain leads in the prospecting database and CRM system.
