Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years of sourcing experience with high-volume outbound sourcing for Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A roles.
Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools.
Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools (Gem and SeekOut).
Fluent in Boolean logic and CRM re-engagement searches.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies for Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A roles.
Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier talent using outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement.
Attend intake meetings to understand role requirements.
Conduct recruiter screens to assess alignment and share recommendations.
Create market maps and talent intelligence reports with TAM insights.
Run A/B tests on outreach strategies to optimize candidate funnel.
Balance speed with personalized engagement at scale.
