Job summary

Duolingo is seeking a Sourcer to partner closely with our industry-leading recruiting team, driving outbound and referral talent efforts for Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A roles. You’ll identify, engage, and nurture top talent to join our mission.

You will build tailored sourcing strategies, manage pipelines across channels, and deliver valuable market insights with TAM reports while iterating outreach to improve candidate flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sourcing experience with high-volume outbound for Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A roles.
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse talent pools.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools Gem and SeekOut.
• Boolean logic expertise and CRM re-engagement searches.
• Strong time management, detail orientation and proactive problem-solving.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adapting sourcing strategies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies for Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A roles.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top talent using outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement.
• Attend intake meetings to understand role requirements.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess fit and provide calibrated recommendations.
• Create market maps and talent intelligence reports with TAM insights to inform sourcing priorities.
• Run A/B tests on outreach strategies to improve candidate funnel performance.
• Balance speed with personalization to maintain quality of engagement.
