Duolingo is seeking a Sourcer to partner with our recruiting team, identifying and engaging top Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A talent. You will build pipelines, run market maps, and optimize outreach while balancing speed with personalized engagement.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in sourcing, with strong Boolean skills, CRM re-engagement, and experience using G Suite, Greenhouse, Gem, and SeekOut. Equity compensation is part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years sourcing experience with high-volume outbound for Marketing, Creative, Business & G&A roles.
• Proficient with G-Suite, Greenhouse, Gem and SeekOut.
• Fluent in Boolean logic and CRM re-engagement searches.
• Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies for Marketing, Creative, Business & G&A roles.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline using outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement.
• Attend intake meetings to understand role requirements.
• Conduct recruiter screens and provide calibrated recommendations to the hiring manager.
• Create market maps and talent intelligence reports to inform sourcing strategies.
• Run A/B tests on outreach to improve candidate funnel performance.
• Balance speed and personalization in candidate engagement.
