Read AI is seeking an early‑career Sourcer to fuel top‑of‑funnel hiring, engaging candidates for Software Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM roles. You’ll shape the sourcing process and work closely with the Talent team to scale coordination efforts.

This role launches a path to a Recruiter role within 12–18 months, with a hybrid, flexible culture and opportunities to impact Read AI’s growth. Compensation ranges reflect the market and equity options.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a related talent function.
• Comfort with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox) and ATS platforms (Ashby or equivalent).
• Strong written communication—able to write outreach that gets responses.
• Genuine interest in AI and how it's changing recruiting.
• High energy, coachability, and a growth mindset—eager to build toward a Recruiter role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage ~100 qualified candidates per week across multiple channels.
• Build and manage personalized outreach that converts passive candidates into active pipeline.
• Focus on Software Engineering roles, with flexibility to support Product, Design, and GTM.
