Read AI is seeking a Sourcer to fuel top-of-funnel hiring across Software Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM. This early-career role offers ownership: identify, engage, and nurture candidates while partnering with the Talent team and hiring leaders.

You'll build sourcing processes, help automate coordination, and ensure Ashby/ATS systems are clean and actionable for recruiters and hiring managers. A growth mindset and curiosity about AI recruiting are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related talent function.
• Comfort with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox) and ATS (Ashby).
• Strong written communication and genuine interest in AI recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage ~100 qualified candidates per week across channels.
• Build personalized outreach that converts passive candidates into active pipeline.
• Support and flex to software eng, product, design, and GTM roles.
