Job summary

Omni Dallas Hotel is seeking a Human Resources Manager - Talent Sourcing, Onboarding & Community Partnerships to build a strong talent pipeline for the property. You will lead recruitment strategies, onboarding experiences, and community partnerships to attract and develop hospitality professionals.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in HR or recruiting, strong relationship skills, and the ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives, events, and onboarding activities in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 1–3 years HR or Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
• Leadership experience or potential considered beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment calendar and proactive talent sourcing throughout the year.
• Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing plans.
• Develop and implement plans to attract qualified hospitality professionals.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local schools and community organizations.
• Lead on-site and off-site job fairs, hiring events, and career programs.
• Coordinate and post openings on careers site and job boards.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely progression of applicants.
