Job summary

Omni Dallas Hotel is seeking a Human Resources Manager – Talent Sourcing, Onboarding & Community Partnerships to build a strong talent pipeline for the property through proactive recruitment, engaging onboarding experiences, and meaningful community partnerships.

You will own the recruitment calendar, partner with department leaders, lead job fairs, and foster relationships with schools and nonprofits to attract hospitality professionals and support onboarding across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR, Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with candidates and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting initiatives and events.
• Flexible schedule including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own Omni Dallas Hotel recruitment calendar and sourcing.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies with department leaders.
• Lead on-site and off-site job fairs and events.
• Build partnerships with local schools, nonprofits, and agencies.
• Guide onboarding and new associate orientation.
• Track recruitment activity and measure effectiveness.
