Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development to own college recruiting, campus partnerships, and on-campus presence. The role also manages OCI, LID, MID, and Omniversity programs, tracking participant development to strengthen the leadership pipeline.

The position emphasizes a data-driven approach, cross-functional collaboration, and building a long-term leadership pipeline across Omni’s properties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Recruiting, Talent Development, HR, Hotel Operations or Management Training; hospitality operations experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Omni development programs is highly desired.
• Luxury hospitality or multi-property leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise college recruiting strategy and strengthen partnerships with universities and hospitality programs.
• Develop and implement a best-in-class internship program
• Oversee all post-hire college recruiting engagement and development initiatives
• Create seasonal hiring pipelines through strategic academic partnerships
• Create and implement a strategic leadership curriculum supporting associates through every career stage—from onboarding through executive leadership
• Own and execute key development programs (OCI, LID, MID, Omniversity Trainings)
• Partner with hotel and regional leadership to identify capability gaps and prioritize development initiatives
• Ensure development programs support exceptional guest experience and operational execution
• Establish and monitor talent metrics: program effectiveness, retention, associate engagement
• Use data-driven insights to improve programs and outcomes
