Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP in Illinois seeks a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Analyst to help build creative sourcing strategies, engage top candidates, and develop strong talent pipelines supporting current hiring needs and future growth.

You will partner with the Business Professional Talent Acquisition team, use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools, screen candidates, and analyze sourcing data to inform recruiting strategies. Strong research, relationship-building and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of two years recruiting-focused experience.
• Proficiency in recruitment software such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-quality talent using sourcing channels, including extensive use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct thoughtful screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit.
• Serve as a trusted resource on LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, sharing best practices with the team.
• Monitor sourcing activity, project progress, and recruiting metrics using Smartsheet and other tools.
• Analyze and share sourcing data and recruiting insights through regular reports.
• Stay informed on sourcing trends and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve talent attraction.
