The Senior Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in advancing Texas Capital's Talent Acquisition strategy by building and executing proactive sourcing strategies for critical, hard-to-fill and executive talent. This individual will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, recruiters and business leaders to identify talent needs, map relevant markets and build relationships with exceptional passive candidates. The Senior Talent Sourcer will bring a consultative, market-informed approach to talent acquisition, providing insight into talent availability, competitor organizations, market trends and candidate motivations. This role will also help build Texas Capital's enterprise sourcing capability, strengthen our employment-market presence and reduce reliance on external search partners by developing talent relationships and expertise internally.
