We proactively identify qualified candidates across multiple platforms, engage passive talent with personalized outreach, and conduct initial screenings to assess fit and interest. This role emphasizes strong English communication and broad international recruitment exposure.

• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and conduct initial screening to assess experience and interest.

Requirements:

• Genuine interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or the technology industry.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify suitable candidates across multiple online platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for personalized candidate outreach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or research.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, or applicant tracking systems.
• Understanding of technical job functions and requirements for engineering and product roles.
• Fully remote work with flexibility to work from anywhere in India.
• International exposure supporting technology recruitment across multiple disciplines.
• Monthly compensation of $1,000 per month.
