The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment across the Bastrop/Austin area.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-fill roles across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to write personalized outreach and engage passive candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across engineering, supply chain, GTM and business operations.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify passive candidates and hand off to recruiters.
• Maintain pipelines and ensure ATS accuracy; track metrics to meet demand.
