Job summary

Equipment Depot, Inc. is seeking a Talent Sourcer to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates across corporate, field, sales and manufacturing roles. The role partners with Talent Acquisition to craft sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines.

The position supports multiple functional areas with proactive sourcing methods, event participation, and market research to anticipate hiring needs. Hybrid work with Itasca, IL location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of talent sourcing/recruiting experience across corporate, field ops, manufacturing and sales roles.
• Experience sourcing via job boards, referrals, networking and proactive sourcing methods.
• Experience using sourcing platforms, CRMs and candidate engagement tools.
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Talent Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified talent to support current and future hiring needs. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop sourcing strategies and identify passive candidates across multiple functional areas (corporate functions, field/branch operations, sales and manufacturing).

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other proactive sourcing methods. Experience using sourcing platforms, CRMs and candidate engagement tools. Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and sourcing platforms.
Other Requirements: Travel as needed to company locations (up to 20%)

• Hybrid role that will report into our Itasca, IL branch.
• Work environment varies from office to job site to industrial locations
