Job summary

Vistex is a global enterprise software and services company seeking a driven Talent Sourcer with a hunter mentality to proactively identify, engage, and convert top talent across the business.

You will build diverse pipelines, partner with TA-Partners and Hiring Managers, and continuously test new sourcing methods while tracking metrics in the database. This role demands resilience, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sourcer or in a similar role.
• Experience in proactive talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven success filling roles through outbound sourcing, not just inbound applicants.
• Expert-level sourcing skills using Boolean logic and multiple sourcing channels.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• High resilience, persistence, and follow-through.

• Strong organization and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt for top talent through Boolean searches, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and creative sourcing methods.
• Build and nurture robust pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship building.
• Map talent markets and identify competitor talent pools.
• Partner with TA-Partners and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and urgency.
• Screen and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with technical skills, culture, and needs.
• Track outreach, pipeline health, and conversion metrics in the database (e.g., UKG).
• Test new sourcing strategies and tools to improve response rates and time-to-fill.
• Champion diversity sourcing initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.

For candidates hired in the United States, the base salary range is USD $60,000–$75,000 annually. For candidates hired in Canada, the base salary range is CAD $65,000–$75,000 annually. Compensation for candidates hired in Mexico will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and local market considerations.

Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, and location. The position is also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

Qualifications

Associates or better in Human Resource Administration or related field.

Preferred

Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field.

Experience

Required

4-7 years:

Experience as Sourcer or a similar role.

Experience in proactive talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting.

Demonstrated success filling roles through outbound sourcing (not just inbound applicants).

Expert-level sourcing skills using Boolean logic, and various sourcing channels.

Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.

High level of resilience, persistence, and follow-through.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong organization and pipeline management skills.

Preferred

Spoken and written Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
