Job summary

Vistex is seeking a driven Talent Sourcer to proactively find, engage, and convert top talent across the business, building diverse candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. In this role you will hunt for candidates through Boolean searches, job boards, social platforms, and referrals; screen for fit and move strong matches through the hiring pipeline.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years experience as a Sourcer or in a similar role.
• Experience in proactive talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven success filling roles through outbound sourcing.
• Expert-level sourcing skills using Boolean logic and multiple channels.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• High organization and pipeline management skills.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt for top talent through Boolean searches, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and creative sourcing methods.
• Build and continuously nurture robust pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship building.
• Map talent markets and identify competitor talent pools.
• Partner closely with TA-Partners and Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements and hiring urgency.
• Screen and qualify candidates to ensure strong alignment with technical skills, culture, and business needs.
• Track outreach efforts, pipeline health, and conversion metrics in the database (e.g., UKG).
• Continuously test new sourcing strategies and tools to improve response rates and time-to-fill.
• Champion diversity sourcing initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.

For candidates hired in the United States, the base salary range is USD $60,000-$75,000 annually. For candidates hired in Canada, the base salary range is CAD $65,000-$75,000 annually. Compensation for candidates hired in Mexico will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and local market considerations.

Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, and location. The position is also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

Experience

Required

• 4 - 7 years: Experience as Sourcer or a similar role.
• Experience in proactive talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting.
• Demonstrated success filling roles through outbound sourcing (not just inbound applicants).
• Expert-level sourcing skills using Boolean logic, and various sourcing channels.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• High level of resilience, persistence, and follow-through.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organization and pipeline management skills.

Preferred

• Spoken and written Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
