The role is full-time and in-office with 20% local travel, offering base compensation plus uncapped commission. You will build internal partnerships and influence client outcomes while growing the talent pool.

The candidate excels at recruiting, networking, and negotiating rates, using digital tools to deliver results and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of professional sales or recruiting experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of business experience, ideally in recruiting professional roles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Google tools and online communications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and recruit top-tier talent for in-office roles.
• Identify new business leads and expand current accounts.
• Understand client success drivers and deliver to them.
• Embrace new tools and strategies to attract talent and clients.
• Listen to understand client and talent needs in-depth.
• Facilitate strategic matches between client staffing requirements and talent skills/experience.
• Educate on current market conditions.
• Drive relationships with clients and anticipate future needs.
• Negotiate candidate pay rates and client bill rates.
