Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Talent Specialist to support the Talent Solution Center and serve as the first point of contact for employees. You will help manage employee data, assist in onboarding, and resolve Workday inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Talent Learning, you’ll ensure compliant processes, complete I-9 verifications, and maintain accurate HRIS records while delivering consistent service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business/communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail.
• Professionalism, confidentiality and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems like Workday.

Responsibilities

• Handle Workday Help cases and employee inquiries by phone or case system.
• Document inquiries and resolutions with detailed records for future reference.
• Assist in onboarding and new-hire orientation in Workday.
• Maintain employee data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Verify I-9 documents and address E-Verify requirements within timelines.
• Support Talent Learning, Acquisition and Management with admin tasks and data reporting.
