Through workshops, group presentations, and one-on-one advising, this role helps students understand academic expectations, prepare for college admission, navigate the financial aid process, and explore and pursue in-demand industry-recognized credentials that align with their career interests and local workforce opportunities. The position also builds relationships with school personnel and community partners to ensure students receive the support and resources needed to succeed.
