• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from meeting with hiring managers to understand needs.

• Coach consultants for interviews and onboarding, maintaining relationships during employment.
• Build and maintain a network of consultants aligned with high-demand skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure successful placements and career advancement.
