Job summary

Soccer Shots is hiring a Recruiting and Coaching Coordinator at our White Bear Lake, MN office. You will lead screening, interviews, onboarding of coaches, and coordinate coaching staff across the season.

This full-time role blends recruiting with program support, emphasizing organization, communication, and brand standards. Remote work is expected periodically; strong scheduling and people skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective organizational/administrative skills.
• Attention to detail and positive attitude.
• Experience with recruiting and hiring.
• Ability to manage and interact with children in a coaching setting.
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead screening, interview and onboarding for new coach hires.
• Network with candidate resources (colleges, online networks, events).
• Train new coaches and mentor a team of coaches.
• Conduct coach evaluations and 1:1s.
• Provide coaches with equipment, prizes and marketing materials.
• Ensure adherence to program and brand standards.
• Support season rollout and collaboration with directors and coordinators.
