Job summary

Soccer Shots is the children’s soccer program delivering a recreational curriculum with caring coaches. We aim to develop character, motor skills, and teamwork while serving hundreds of locations.

We are hiring a Recruiting and Coaching Coordinator to strengthen the brand and provide excellent customer service. This full-time role in Minnesota focuses on screening, interviewing, onboarding coaches, training, mentoring, evaluations, and collaboration with directors to plan each season; requires

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Experience with recruiting and hiring.
• Ability to manage and engage with young children.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead screening, interview and onboarding for new coaches.
• Network with colleges, online networks and community events.
• Train new coaches.
• Mentor and supervise a team of coaches.
• Conduct coach evaluations and 1:1s.
• Provide coaches with equipment, prizes and marketing materials.
• Keep coaches accountable to program and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Soccer Shots directors and fellow coordinators on season planning.
