Job summary

Soccer Shots Twin Cities is hiring a Recruiting and Coaching Coordinator to lead hiring, training and supervision of coaches across the Twin Cities. The role combines recruitment, onboarding, coaching support, and brand stewardship to ensure high-quality program delivery.

The position is full-time and salaried, with regular hours, some after-hours needs, and remote work flexibility. Strong communication, organization and a passion for youth development are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with recruiting and hiring.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to engage and supervise up to ten 2-8 year-olds.

Responsibilities

• Lead screening, interview and onboarding process for new coach hires.
• Network with candidate resources (colleges, online networks, community events).
• Train new coaches.
• Mentor and supervise a team of coaches.
• Conduct coach evaluations.
• Coach 1:1s.
• Provide coaches with needed equipment, participant prizes and marketing materials.
• Keep coaches accountable to program and brand standards.
• Actively take part in coaching department tasks related to successful rollout of each soccer season.
• Collaborate with Soccer Shots directors and fellow coordinators regarding season planning and improvement of program quality.
• Coach as needed.
