Job summary

Talento Recruiting in California is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support our hiring projects. You’ll collaborate with our recruiting team to find, engage, and guide top talent through the hiring process—while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in recruiting or HR, familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in recruiting or human resources.
• Passion for helping businesses succeed through talent.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong communication, curiosity, and a solutions mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen candidates using tools like LinkedIn and Boolean search.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process from first contact to post-placement.
• Post job ads, review applicants, and conduct initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent.
• Translate hiring needs into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Provide reports and insights using recruitment data.
• Collaborate on sourcing tactics and market intelligence with internal teams.

The Role
