Responsibilities

• Supports the Physician Recruitment Team for the recruitment process and coordinates candidate travel and visit arrangements.
• Coordinates applicant interview day and monitors process during visits.
• Partners with departments across the system to coordinate interview plans and calendar management.
• Develops, compiles and writes communications for distribution.
• Ensures effective communication within the program, the department, the hospital, and the community.
• Vendor management, direct billing management and invoicing.
