Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned sites during pre-interview and interview phases.
• Coordinate interview day experiences and candidate logistics.
• Coach interviewers on interview practices and compliance.
• Partner with recruitment and physician leadership to ensure seamless experiences.
• Communicate candidate progress and market insights to stakeholders.
• Identify challenges and advise leadership on recruitment actions.
• Support relocation, onboarding, and retention activities.
• Oversee site visits and feedback to improve processes.
• Coordinate credentialing and pre-employment requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in HR/recruitment/healthcare operations
