Job summary

North Bridge Staffing Group is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support the growth of its investment and business teams. This role partners with senior recruiters and marketing leadership to run recruiting operations and ensure a professional, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 0–3 years of recruiting coordination or administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume interview schedules across multiple positions, teams, and time zones.
• Manage calendars, confirm availability, and communicate interview logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
• Schedule and organize in-person, virtual, and panel interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS and prepare recruiting reports.
• Handle confidential candidate information with discretion and professionalism.
