Job summary

Princeton IT Services, Inc is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to support Data Center Operations and recruitment activities on-site at 2 Broadway, MTA Headquarters. This full-time, in-office role requires coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborating with HR partners and hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition, strong sourcing capabilities, and hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn and online recruiting databases.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft or other HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions: posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and events.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and candidate evaluations for hiring manager review.
• Coordinate interview panels and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Assist with offer process, salary recommendations, and start date coordination.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and timely updates; support recruitment outreach activities.
