Job summary

Weller Brothers Landscaping is seeking a Recruiter responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent across locations. You will craft recruitment strategies for seasonal, full-time, and apprenticeship roles, and work closely with hiring managers to align staffing with business needs.

Responsibilities include creating internship and apprenticeship programs, managing school relationships, and attending career fairs.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability for overnight travel to recruiting events outside of Sioux Falls

Responsibilities

• Identify positions to fill and forecast hiring needs with branch managers.
• Develop detailed job descriptions and specifications reflecting required skills and experience.
• Coordinate internships and apprenticeship programs across branches and schools.
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System and postings.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify top candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Track recruitment metrics and refine strategies to improve sourcing and retention.
• Engage in career fairs and school relationships to build talent pipelines.
