As a Recruiter, you’ll build relationships with candidates, work closely with our sales team, and manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, coaching, and presenting top candidates to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience, skills, and career goals.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals.
