Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Program Manager, Talent Programs, to orchestrate day-to-day execution of talent initiatives within our AI-forward Talent Solutions team. You will drive start-to-finish program delivery across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Capabilities, and Learning & Development.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence on Tue/Wed across Irvine, CA, Akron, OH, or Austin, TX, with travel 1–2 times per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/BA or related field.
• 2–6 years coordinating programs, projects, or operations in a fast-moving function.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent programs from inception through close-out, using templates, tools, and processes.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned programs and stakeholders across cohorts.
• Track progress, dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery.
