Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Program Manager, Talent Programs to lead day-to-day execution of assigned talent initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. This role sits on the AI-forward Talent Solutions team and collaborates with cross-functional partners.

You will coordinate programs from inception to close-out, manage stakeholders, and deliver on-time, measurable outcomes while exploring AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 6 years coordinating programs, projects, or operations in a fast-moving business function.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing work independently across a distributed and hybrid team.
• Uses AI and emerging technology to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills with ability to manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage learning and development and performance management programs from inception through close-out.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned programs, ensuring a consistent experience for leaders and participants.
• Coordinate dependencies, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery across programs.
• Schedule and facilitate recurring program meetings and prepare status materials.
• Maintain program reports, dashboards, and metrics including KPIs.
