Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in internships recruiting, program or project management.
• Proven relationship and project management experience with internal and external partners.
• Genuine interest in technology and continuous learning.
• Ability to lead projects to successful conclusions; balance efficiency with quality.
• Experience in university career services or corporate recruiting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of infrastructure for recruiting events (communications, processes, logistics).
• Support recruiting funnel processes (trackers, training infra, internship placements, sourcing methods).
• Utilize AI tools to support data requests, presentations, newsletters and other internship tasks.
• Manage school accounts and external partner relationships through regular meetings.
