• Collect and implement feedback into future planning and iterations of events and projects.
• Infuse Adobe's products into programs and events.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Partners, Talent Branding, and Adobe employees to position Adobe as the Career Destination for emerging talent.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and support strategies to build an outstanding experience for our Intern and Grad Programs.
• Analyze data and feedback to effectively make business decisions on program experiences.
• Lead multiple cross-team projects and initiatives through flawless project plans and proven project management methodologies.
• Collect and implement feedback into future planning and iterations of events and projects.
• Infuse Adobe's products into our programs and events.
• Partner across Talent Acquisition, Talent Partners, Talent Branding, and Adobe employees to collaboratively work towards making Adobe the Career Destination for emerging talent.
