Job summary

Sandisk is seeking an energetic and highly organized Early Talent Recruiter & Program Specialist to support our global emerging talent strategy, focusing on internships and new college graduates. You will manage the candidate experience and coordinate program activities across the Flash FWD Internship Program and New College Graduate program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or related field.
• 0–3 years of recruiting, campus recruiting, HR, or program coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for internship and new graduate opportunities.
• Source, screen, and engage students and recent graduates.
• Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Assist with onboarding activities and offer discussions.
