What you'll Do
  • Lead projects end to end—define the plan, set milestones, manage dependencies, and deliver on time and on budget.
  • Run the day-to-day: track progress, flag risks early, remove blockers, and keep work moving.
  • Coordinate partners across GTA, HR, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and the business, and resolve misalignment quickly.
  • Improve the process along the way, working with internal teams and outside vendors to put changes in place.
  • Report progress, risks, and decisions at the right level for leaders, then move to the next project as each one completes.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of global/enterprise project or program management experience; experience with enterprise major transformation a plus
  • A strong record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time, with little oversight.
  • Skill in planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • A data-informed approach, and the ability to make progress clear to any audience, including executives.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a steady hand when priorities shift.
  • Preferred qualifications: experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or HR programs; familiarity with structured interviewing or interview‑intelligence tools such as BrightHire; experience in change management and/or design thinking.
