Qualifications

• 3–6 years in People/HR programs, talent management, or HR operations.
• Experience with job architecture, competency frameworks, or job profile management.
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.
• Clear written communication for manager- and executive-facing materials.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate drafting, analysis, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and rollout of job architecture, including drafting profiles and mapping roles.
• Configure and test Workday performance appraisal; document processes and runbooks.
• Support operational backbone of review cycles: launch setup, eligibility logic, monitoring, and reporting.
• Assist with talent review support, career pathway documentation, and program effectiveness reporting.
