Job summary

HNL Lab Medicine is seeking an Academic & Workforce Development Coordinator to lead our workforce pipeline, manage academic partnerships, and oversee student programs. You will coordinate internships, clinical rotations, and tuition assistance while collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.

The role supports current and future talent needs by managing student lifecycle activities, affiliation agreements, and educational support initiatives across enterprise systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare administration, education, organizational development, HR, business administration, workforce development, healthcare management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years coordinating workforce development, student programs, partnerships, or related functions.
• Experience in healthcare, laboratory medicine, higher education, or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and coordinates student and workforce development programs to support the talent pipeline, including internships, shadowing, tours, and educational outreach.
• Serves as liaison between academic institutions, workforce organizations, students, and internal departments.
• Manages end-to-end student lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, placement, evaluation, and completion.
